Great Time in Duluth!

I met lots of fabulous, new people (and hands) at Duluth this past weekend! It was a nice venue for an expo (in spite of construction) and I had FUN. My shadow, Troy Schmitt, and I were right across from Brigid’s House (official bookstore) and loved it. I even got two new shirts from BH…cute!

One thing I noticed was how many people had Social Hermit heart lines. They love people, enjoy being around them, but gotta have that recharge time.

There were also so many families there, I loved seeing entire families at the metaphysical expo. Next year it will be in September, which will be better timing for all, I do believe.

LIfe Purpose? In MY Hands?

You keep talking about Life Purpose, what exactly does that MEAN?

Your Life Purpose is NOT your job, or even your value system…it is the spark of a theme that underlies all of what you do. For instance, if your Life Purpose is the Artist in the Spotlight, then you would have an innate need to be in the public eye presenting your creative life work. The Mentor is fulfilled by sharing all they know and nurturing others along on THEIR paths. This is just the tip of the iceberg of this system. There are soo many combinations of Life Purposes and nuances found in the fingerprints.

Soul Purpose? Life Purpose? Soul Passion?

Soul Purpose, Life Path, Life Purpose…all of those titles sound so very lofty and esoteric. But what do they REALLY mean?

In my opinion, we were all born with a gift to share in this life, a gift that brings out everything we have churning, burning and twirling in our deepest psyche. It is NOT necessarily the job we are going to do in exchange for money (but it might be). So, the Life Purpose is about the vision we hold for ourselves from before birth. It is much bigger than a JOB…it is our Soul.

Your Soul Purpose is not about status, “things”, money, “more” or what is on your resume. It is about the deeper, more meaningful REAL work we are here to do and to share with others. Now, this does not mean you have to be sharing your Life Purpose in a BIG way, sharing in a way that is authentic for YOU is what matters. The happiest, most fulfilled person in town just may be your local Wal-Mart greeter!

How can you get started on looking at the Life Lessons you are here to incorporate?

My advice is to start, or deepen, your meditative process. meditation is the NUMBER ONE way to get in touch with yourself and will still and open your mind for this work.

I have found any of Denise Linn’s meditations to be amazing. I also really like Kelly Howell of Brain Sync.
